Unstoppable Domains, a crypto and NFT domain name provider has teamed up with Access Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) to issue free crypto, NFT, and blockchain domains to all women residing in the UAE capital. The giveaway is in view of encouraging more women to learn and participate in the web3 industry.
As the UAE CAPITAL ramps up efforts to become the Middle East’s crypto hub, Abu Dhabi is employing the necessary tools and resources to encourage women across all communities to participate actively in the crypto, NFT, and blockchain space.
Reportedly, only 5% to 7% of all cryptocurrency users are women and just 12% work in the blockchain industry. Abu Dhabi then seeks to bring more women into the industry thus initiating the domain giveaway.
